I ordered 500 antique cups from KIN suppliers on 26 October 2020. The cups, which were to be delivered on 10th November 2020, arrived on time.
However, 150 of them were either partially chipped or completely broken. I took some pictures and enclosed with the letter for your reference.
I would like to request for an immediate replacement of the received goods, preferably shipped to me in excellent condition this time. Kindly ensure they are shipped to the provided address in perfect condition.
