I have heard back from Reviewer Mr. James T Cook regarding the Notice of Intent to Take a Corrective Salary Decrease (instead of a Suspension) dated 15th July 2020. Reviewer Mr. James T Cook supports the corrective salary decrease.
By our contract, you will be given a corrective salary decrease of $800 from your usual salary.
In the future, you are expected to show immediate improvement in the following areas:
1. Project Analyzing
2. Project submitting at the right time
Failure to do so may result in further disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
