Sub: Regarding the sales rejection
Dear Mathew Jon,
I am writing in response to your letter about terminating our cable services. From your letter, we understand that you have some complaints about the contents of certain shows aired on the cable TV. I would like to inform you that I am sympathetic to your issue and concur with your concern about TV being fit for kids to watch.
However, we being mere cable providers have no authority to censor or edit any visual or audible content broadcast and can take no actions regarding your problem. Nevertheless, we have forwarded your complaint to the senior manager and await their response to let you know the possible route to take in this matter. In the meantime, I would like to request you to revisit your decision of terminating our contract as your service providers keeping in mind the above-stated arguments.
