Sir,
We, the students of your college, beg most respectfully to state that the library facilities in our college are not satisfactory. The reading room inside the library is not spacious. Moreover, there are only 10 benches in the reading room. So, we can not utilize our leisure period by reading in the library. The number of books is also fewer for students.
May we, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to expand the library facilities and oblige thereby.
