Subject: Regarding the application for annual leave

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I am in need of long term leave and I wish to avail my annual leave from 2.2.2018 to 22.2.2018, as I have planned national tour with my family.

So I request you to process my leave application as earlier as possible, so that I am able to start my preparations for the tour.

Almost my all projects are yet to be completed before my vacation. I have carried over my remaining works to Mr. David, as he knows to handle my works very well, in my absence.

In the meantime if you need any information, I can be reached through phone at 555-555-5555 or mail me at [email protected].

Hope to receive a positive response from your side in anticipation. Thanking you.

Sincerely,

Mathew Jones
