Sub: Apology letter

Dear Mr.Walt,

I want to apologize for missing our appointment on Monday/ Dec 2, 2019. It was very unprofessional on my part to not inform you on time. I would like you to know that I was caught up in an emergency situation.

I know how busy you are, and missing an appointment would require a lot of planning on your part. I totally respect your time. I want to assure you it will not happen again. Also, I regret that I could not inform you ahead of time. I am very sorry if I caused you any trouble.

Please let me know if I can do anything else to help you. You have your next appointment on coming Saturday/Dec 7, 2019. I am looking forward to seeing you then. If you need to visit me before that, please let me know exactly when you would like to schedule your appointment.

Thank you for your patience. Should you have any concerns, please contact me.

Yours Sincerely,

Clara Robinson

Managing Director
