Sub: Apologising for Offensive behaviour

Dear Ms. Abigail Mathew,

I wish to express my apologies for the way I interacted with you yesterday. I was already having a bad day because my boss had rejected my report and was sitting in the cafeteria in a frustrated mood. I did not mean what all I said to you. I know I was too harsh and all those words must have hurt you deeply. But trust me, I had no intention of hurting you.

I sincerely apologize for my offensive behavior and also, I’m waiting for you to forgive me for my actions and understand me. I know my reasoning must not be at that level, but please try to understand that I wasn’t angry with you at all.

I’m very sorry. Hope this behavior doesn’t lead to an end to our very real friendship. Waiting for your reply.

Thank You

Sincerely,

Tony Stark
