Subject: Apologizing personally for the argument about our office etiquettes

Dear Sir,

I never thought I will ever write this one and that too for someone like you. I am really regretted of that dreadful moment when I was rude and a bit arrogant with you for the argument about our office etiquettes.

At any cost I should not have reacted with you the way I did. Having realized my fault, without any hesitation, I would like to sincerely apologize for everything to be on the safer side and taking a foot back so as not to lose you as one beyond just a guide .

I sincerely request you to take this into consideration and understand my feeling that I want to express and let’s forget that incident like smoke disappears in air.

Thanking You.

Yours truly,

Margret Chan
