Dear Sir,

This is with reference to the Termination Letter handed to me by my Manager. It has been cited in the letter that this decision is being taken as my behaviour was found to be objectionable and that I got into a physical fight with my colleagues.

I would like to appeal against this decision and request an audience with a member of the HR team to explain my side of things, before such a harsh decision is taken. Kindly let me know the forward path on this appeal.

Thanks and Regards,

Yours Sincerely,

Remedios Hester
