Write an application to the Registrar of the National University requesting him to correct the spelling mistake of your name and subject code in your Registration Card.

5 May 2020

To

The Registrar

National University, Gazipur

Subject: Prayer for permission to correct the spelling mistake of name and subject code.

Sir,

I have the honour to state that I have admitted in Business Studies Group under your university. Already my name and all of my subjects code have been registered. But unfortunately in my registration card, I have seen that the spelling 0f my name and one subject code is not correct. At this time it very needs to correct the spelling of my name  by “Abdur Razzaque” instead of “Abdur Razzaque”  and the subject code “0160” instead of “1060”

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to give me permission for the correction and issue necessary instructions to all concerned for this purpose purpose

Yours obediontly

Abdur Razzaque
