Sir,

We, the students of your college, beg most respectfully to state that we have been suffering greatly for the want of facilities in our common room. After continuous class-hours, we feel tired and so need to get rid of monotony and to refresh our mind. At present, we pass our time only by gossiping. It is really bad luck for our leisure ‘reception.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary initiatives in providing more facilities in our common room and oblige thereby.
