Subject: Prayer for the use of the college playground for a friendly football match. Sir, With due respect and humble submission, we, the students of Political Science Department of your college are very much interested to play a friendly football match with the students of Social Welfare Department at 2 pm on 11 January, 2020. Chairmen of of both the departments have consented to our proposal. For this, we need our college playground on that day, We, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly allow us to use the college playground for the friendly football match and oblige thereby.
