Subject: Authorization Letter to Claim

Dear Mr. Meyers,

I, Robert Mathew, hereby authorize my son/daughter/appointed representative, James Anderson, to conduct all activities regarding my properties and fill the forms and sign all the documents on my behalf. He/She will claim my cheque and all documents related to the land from your office on my behalf. The scope of this authorization letter includes identity proofs for identification purposes.

This letter of authorization will be in effect from 15 July 2019 to 15 Aug 2020. I have asked his/her to verify all the documents and collect the cheque from your office on my behalf on July 13, 2019. You are requested to allow him/her complete access to the area mentioned above. If you have any question, feel free to contact me on 555 5555 555 for any further clarification needed.
