I am Peter from Des Automobile Company, and we have considered your proposal of transferring your car service station to Des Automobile. The managers of both the companies had a meeting, and we are pleased to state that the proposal is accepted. All that we need from you is a signature on all the related documents from the concerned people. We have been informed that the deal needs to be finalized by this week.
