Subject: Regarding the Cancellation of Reservation at your hotel.
Respected Sir,
This is with reference to my booking number 222 with your (hotel/restaurant) on February 20, 2018. I’m sorry to inform you that I won’t be able to make it due to my personal reasons. So, I would like to cancel my booking and apologize for any inconvenience resulting from this decision, but I have no other choice considering the circumstances.
I kindly ask you to acknowledge the receiving of my request and to confirm the cancellation of my booking. I really hope to make it some other time when the opportunity arises.
