Dear Sir/Madam,

This is reference to the order of kitchen items which I ordered through your sales person with the order number 5182. With this written notice, I inform you that I am cancelling the order as the items have not met my expectation.

Following is the list of items ordered:

Vessel – 5

Dinner set – 3

Glass bowl – 4

Please cancel the order and refund the full charges of the order within two days as you mentioned in your company’s policy. I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Thanking you.

Sincerely,
