Yorkshire, YR 20202

Sub:Regarding donation of books

Dear Mr. Richards,

I, Peter Mathew, the Operating Manager of ‘Lifeline Publishers’, am writing this letter to donate 300 history and science books to your library in the name of helping needy students.

Our company is in the field of publishing for the past nine years, and we have been donating books to schools and other institutions for the students who are unable to afford new books. This year, we have decided to donate our books to libraries that do not charge or, charge very liberally to students for their books and your library is one of them, according to our investigations on the same.

We are donating these books with the hope that they will be benefited through this.

Thank You,

Yours Truly,

Peter Mathew.
