Dear Ms. Livingston,

On behalf of the team here at Quality Business Co, I’m pleased to offer you the position of On-site Manager.

If you accept this position, your role as Onsite Manager will begin on March 1, 2018. This position will require you to fulfill the duties and obligations outlined in the attached job description.

This will be a full-time role, and you will be required to work 35 hours per week. The salary for this position will be $6,000 USD per month, which equates to $50,000 USD per year. The other benefits, you able to avail are enclosed with this letter.

Your employment with Quality Business Co. is classified as at-will, meaning that either you or the company can terminate the relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

As an employee of Quality Business Co., you will be expected to abide by the rules and policies outlined in the employee handbook, attached with this letter.

This letter is the complete and exclusive statement of employment between you and the company. If you choose to accept this position, please sign and return it to my office by mail or fax by February 10, 2018.
