Dear Thomas,
As you know, I am going through a rough financial period owing to slow business in the past few months. I am unable to afford the suite I have been renting downtown. I have decided to end the tenancy at the suite and move back to my country house which you are currently renting.
I know this must be a bit upsetting for you and your wife who have been living here for the past four yers. However, i am struggling financially and need to cut down my expenses.
Please consider this a 30 days notice to end the tenancy. I would be glad to help you find another house. Do let me know if you need help packing your belongings.
