Sub: requesting funding for the cause
Dear Mr. Live,
I am writing this letter to invite you to our ABC institution’s event “ Relay Race”, organized with an aim to raise funds for the education of the underprivileged children.
Every year, we provide the highest quality programs that benefit all residents in our city and surrounding areas.
Our ABC institution does not have sufficient fund to manage all the expenses of the children, solely. Since our organization relies on the generosity of individuals like you, we request you to provide fund that you could do for those children.
