Introduction: Global warming is a worldwide problem. It is the most critical problem1 which affects human beings, I animals, beasts and above the living creatures of the world.
Definition of global warming: Global warming can be defined simply as a rise in the average land temperature around the earth. Recently, it is reported that the average temperature of the earth is roughly 57-degree Fahrenheit. A global warming trend is a natural occurrence. Natural processes cause a rise in temperature. Changes in the path of revolution of the earth around the sun cause global warming. Orbital variation changes how sunlight is distributed to the surface of the planet Eventually, it is the fact that human unwise nets have created these unusual changes in climate or the atmosphere.
Effect of global warming: Global warming temperatures have many negative effects on Earth which also affect us. Scientists assert that a rise of 3 degrees temperatures would cause famine and drought and threaten millions of lives Global warming will create more intense storms. Hurricanes are powered by the warm water on the surface of the ocean. As global warming heats the surface of the water, hurricanes will increase in speed power and frequency. Tornadoes are caused by rapidly rising amounts of heat from the lower areas of the atmosphere to higher portions of the sky.
Measures to fight against global warming: The whole world is worried about global warming. In different countries, laws are passed to stop environmental pollution. Every year, on 5 June, World Environment Day is observed. In 1992 from 3-14 June a world conference of the environment was held in Rio-de-Janeiro. 170 countries took part in this conference. Actually affected people are eagerly waiting for peaceful concord with nature.
Global warming and Bangladesh: The critical issue of global warming is a matter of concern about Bangladesh also. Nowadays Bangladesh is much cited in the global warming discussion as one of the most vulnerable countries of the world. In the IPCC report, it was estimated that one meter’s sea-level rise will displace 15 million people in Bangladesh.
Conclusion: To remove or reduce the global warming, the solutions of the problem such as to reduce the use of fossil fuels to find alternative energy resources and above all to plant, trees to help combat global warming. We should take necessary 1neasures for tree plantation. We should save the earth’s wild creatures to save ourselves. Global warming must be stopped at any cost for saving mankind.
