I have a credit card with the account number of 1122 3344 5566 778 in my previous name Stenie Xavier. I was married last month and am now legally using the name Stenie Rutherford.

I would like to make a formal request that you change your records to my married name. Along with my new name, please change my old address. Kindly update my Card Name account records as per the information given below.
