Subject: to re-open my Bank Account

Dear Mr.Felix,

I am writing this letter to request you to reopen my bank account in your branch. I have opened my account in the year 2017 and my bank account number is WB98765432. The account was deactivated due to no transactions since last year because I was transferred to another location by my company. Now I have returned back and want to activate my old bank account because I have new cheque book and ATM card against that account.

I request you to kindly re-activate my account as soon as possible so that I can be able to manage my expenses.

I shall be grateful to you for this.

Sincerely,

John Smith
