Subject: Requesting for a donation for a new wing for Children with Cancer.

Dear Mr Schwimmer,

As you are aware, Carver’s Children’s Hospital is a well-reputed hospital and works for providing the best medical care to the children in need at a very optimum cost.

We are planning to open up a new wing in the Hospital that would be solely dedicated to the children who are suffering from Cancer Aids and would help them in recovering and getting a better life by using the latest technology that is available today.

Since the funds required for such kinds of constructions and developments are high, I, on behalf of Carver’s Children’s Hospital, would like to request you for some financial help as you have always shown faith in our work. I assure you that even this time, you won’t be disappointed and your generosity would be highly appreciated.

In the case of any queries, feel free to contact us on our helpline number, 455-555-6987. Hoping for a positive reply from your side soon.

Thank you,

Yours sincerely,

Lizeth A German
