Dear Sir,

Subject: Regarding the Retirement

I am writing this letter to bring into your kind notice that I am going to retire from Technion Mobile Inc as a chief technical supervisor. My last date of employment will be on March 18.

It has been 32 years since I am working in the company and I planned to retire early due to some personal reasons. I would like to thank the management for providing me all the great opportunities and co-workers for their great support to serve in the company. I have spent some of the best time of my life here, which hold special place in my heart.

I kindly request you to start the processing of my retirement papers so that I can get the facilities and benefits of my retirement as soon as possible.

Thank you once again for the support.

Yours faithfully,

Bill Harrison
