Sub: Suggestion on Park Safety
Honourable Sir,
I am a resident of Caster for 15 years staying half kilometre from our beautiful Caster park on Holly street. I have noticed that there are no street lights along the smaller lanes in the park although there is no good lighting at the main street inside the park.
After dark, it is difficult to note people walking at the smaller lanes due to the unavailability of street lights. A couple of minor accidents such as falling over an object have happened in the park.
As a resident, I would like to suggest that the city council look into installing lights along the smaller lanes to allow better visibility in the park and please consider on this. This park is very popular with the residents and a brighter lit park will encourage more to use it optimally.
