Subject: to cancel the tenancy contract earlier

Dear Mr Hemming,

I would like to inform you that I wish to cancel our Tenancy Contract, dated July 30, 2019 on the grounds that I have been transferred to Florida by our company.

It is my humble request to you to oblige with the Contract Cancellation terms that were agreed upon in the original contract, stating that a payment equivalent of 2 months of the apartment rent has to be paid to you by the tenant.

Feel free to contact me on 585-394-2275 in case of any queries.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Jacob Bruin
