Dear Mr. Mathew,

This is to inform you that you have been transferred to our Houston branch based on your performance / as per management directives. You have been a great employee to the company and many instances proved you as a valuable asset to the company.

You will be joining our TIR Manufacturing Ltd., Houston branch as Senior Systems Analyst, on November 25, 2018. You will be given 15 days break to join the company. /You need to join our new branch with immediate effect. You will report to Mr. Norton for day to day work.

The rules and regulations of the company remain unchanged. You can contact the HR department to get details about your salary increment. Other allowances, statutory benefits enjoyed by you would remain the same.

Please return the duplicate copy of this letter duly signed by you, as a token of your acceptance.
