Subject:Regarding the Applications for Annual leave

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to formally request you twenty days of vacation leave from

February 2 to February 22, as I have planned national tour with my family. I will be back to work on February 23,2018. So I request you to process my leave application as earlier as possible, so that I am able to start my preparations for the tour.

Almost my all projects are yet to be completed before my vacation. I have carried over my responsibilities to my team to make sure that all of my responsibilities are covered while I’m away, and they have agreed.

If you have any questions or considerations, I can be reached at phone at 555-555-5555 or email me at [email protected].

Hope to receive a positive response from your side in anticipation. Thanking you.

Sincerely,

Mathew Jones
