Sub: Warning Letter for Poor Class Control

Dear Donna,

The school management has noticed a few flaws in your teaching methodology that are proving to be fatal to the school reputation. As the delegation came in for their visit 5th August 2020 and visited your class, they came right to my doorstep for a complaint which is highly unacceptable.

This is the second time that I have received a complaint about your classroom and consider this letter a warning.

Being a teacher comes with a lot of responsibilities and among one of them is controlling the classroom you teach and maintain its decorum whilst focusing on the academics respectively and to my knowledge, you’re clearly unable to do that.

I suggest you to kindly reform your teaching methodology and gain complete control over your classroom. Moreover, I hope that I won’t receive any complaint of such magnitude from your end.

Regards,

Catherine N Strunk
