My dear father,

Your letter is in hand. I am happy to learn that you are all well. I hope that you will be glad to know that I am getting on well with my studies. You know that out examination is knocking at the door. I have already formed a fairly good idea of the nature of questions generally set in the BSS examinations. I have prepared well in all subjects excepting English. My favourite teacher Mr. Golam Mostafa helps me in this subject. Now I am learning grammar. I hope that within two weeks my preparation in the subject will be up to the mark.

I am well. Please pray to Allah for my better health, good result and a bright future. With best regards to you and mother and love and affection of Nazneen and Shohel.

Your loving daughter.

‘Y’
