Write an application to the Principal of your college seeking permission to go on a picnic.

12 May 2020

To The Principal

‘X’ College, Dhaka.

Subject: Prayer for attending a study tour.

Sir,

We the students of B. Com. 1st year in your college beg most respectfully to state that we want to go on a study tour/picnic. We think it will be interesting and instructive. We need your permission for that. It will also need taka ten thousand. We hope that you would give us permission and money from the college fund.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant our prayer and oblige thereby.

Yours obediently

The students of

BBS Group 1st year ‘X’ College.
