Subject: An Application For Setting Up A Canteen In The School Campus.
Sir,
We, the students of your madrasah beg to state of govt. high school, manikgonj. There is no canteen in our school campus. We cannot eat anything during the tiffin period in the school. We have to stay here up to 04:00 pm. Sometimes, we have to go a distant place to take the tiffin. But this tiffin is not hygienic at all. Besides it is very costly. So, the setting up a canteen in the school campus is a crying need.
We, therefore, fervently pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps for setting up a canteen in the school premises.
