We have received your letter of complaint dated July 21, 2018

regarding disable Donny DVD Player. We really appreciate you to have this feedback from you. It is very important to us to know the problem from our customers so that we will able to improve our product to serve them, especially a long-time customer like you.

It is probably first time that we get such complaint from our customer. We will refund the amount and shipping charges $60 that you had paid. As you are our valued customer, we cannot leave you unsatisfied. Therefore, we would like to send you a $15 gift card to purchase any Donny product in any Donny showroom.

Please accept our apology for this disable DVD Player, and we promise you that this kind of problem never happen again in the future. We hope our service will satisfy you.
