Re: Termination of contract
Dear Gary Temple,
We would like to inform you that we will no longer require the services of Smart Home Supplies, as of February 20, 2018. With this notification, we comply with the minimum notice period required by our agreement.
Your company has provided us the good service in the past, but we decided to terminate our business contract due to delay in supplying goods that has taken place many times, recently.
From today, our company will not place any more orders with your company. We won’t cancel any orders or deliveries placed before this letter till we inform you explicitly. At the time, you need to complete all the outstanding orders before our contract gets terminated officially.
Before that we will clear our outstanding dues in our account by March 1, 2018. To that end, we would like to receive all relevant invoices by February 28, 2018.
