Dear Ms. Ryan,

This letter is with reference to our meeting about the Blue Project last Friday. I am writing to thank you for your time in considering my proposal for saving the dolphins. It was very insightful meeting you in person and discussing a project that is close to both of us.

The Blue Project as we have discussed has been a dilemma for my company owing to the lack of funds and workforce. I am convinced that our liaison will assist in a meaningful project campaign that is sure to take this mission forward. I have collected the information that will prove to be the first step in doing this project to fruition. With the funding that you have promised and the sanction to bring people on board, I am confident that we have a long way to go.

As promised, I am emailing you the information that you need to process the check. I am very excited about the prospect of working closely with you. Please let me know when you receive my email, and we will take it on from there.

Once again, a very warm thank you from my team and me at Global Wildlife Fund for Nature!

Sincerely,

(Signature)
