Dear Valued Customer,

You came to our shop on 1 month before, 15th February 2020 and buy the necessary furniture. At that time, you have not paid full payment. As you are our regular and valued customer, we offer you to give those things with due payment.

You told us to clear all due the next month. We were waiting for you. But it is a matter of sorrow that you didn’t pay dues yet.

We understand your situation. But now, at the end of the year, we need to clear all dues and calculate the gross total of the full-year payment.

For that, we are requested to you to clear our all dues. It will be really great if you come to our shop and try our new products. We are looking forward to you.

Thank you so much for being with us. We feel very happy to have customers like you.

Sincerely,

Mary Roe
