Sub: Regarding the donation for Orphan Children

Dear Ms. Ashmia,

I am Wendy, a student of economics at the ABC University. I am a part of an organization which works for the welfare of orphan children in our city every year.

This year we have planned to help them by donating clothes and organizing dental and general health checkups. This would involve quite a sum of money and as we are just a group of students who can afford only a limited amount.

Thus, we are making a humble request to try and help us out in any possible way, be it money or providing clothes. It would be extremely helpful to us. It is a sincere plea to you to help us, as much as possible.

Thank you,

Yours faithfully,

Wendy J.Stultz.
