I recently ordered a new Modem (item #285347), Model 100CX from your website on 20th January 2018. I received the order on 27th January. Unfortunately, the modem turned out to be defective.
I have tried everything to make modem work and the fault lies clearly in the modem. (I would like you to replace the modem with new one, within 3 days. Looking forward to your quick response – modem or (I would like you to credit my account for the amount charged for the modem I don’t need a Replacement but a Refund which I am entitled to as per your Policy. Looking forward towards a Prompt Refund).
Enclosed are the copies of my records receipts, guarantee, warranties and all the documents concerning this purchase.
