I am writing this letter to regretfully inform you that we are cancelling the purchase agreement 88855 that we had signed on February 1, 2019 for one year. The reason behind this decision is the poor quality and delay in deliver of products.

Since we had borne loss by selling your products, we need reimbursement of the same as stated in the agreement. I have attached all the documents which will come in handy in this whole cancellation process.
