‘X’ College Hostel, Dhaka

My dear father,

I am very glad to receive your letter. You have wanted to know about my plan after the examination. Our examination will be ended by the middle of next month. It will take at least four months to come out with our result. So, I have enough time for space. I have decided English to visit a few neighbouring countries with my roommates. The countries will be India, Nepal and Bhutan. They have obtained the permission of their parents. You know, travelling is a part and parcel of education. The knowledge obtained from books is incomplete unless it is supplemented with the experience derived by way of travelling So, I would like to accompany them if you kindly give your blessings to my contemplation. I am wistfully looking forward to getting your consent. No more today Convey my best regards to mother and love to my a younger sister. Take care of your health. With regards to you.

Your’s affectionate
