Subject: Prayer to stage a drama.

Sir,

We, the students of your college, beg to state that we want to stage a drama ‘Kabar’ by Munir Chowdhury in the college auditorium of the ensuing 21st February. This will be a befitting cultural function in our college on the famous issue of ‘Language Movement’. We think that this ·drama has got much educative value for us.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to stage the drama in the college auditorium and sanction Tk. 5,000.00 (Five thousand) only to meet the necessary expenses.
