Subject: An application for relief for the flood affected people.

Dear Sir,
We, the in habitants of your locality, would like to inform you that now our locality is recently a flood affected area. And for this reason our people are are suffering a lot. Some people have lost their home, their crops are damaged and their assets are washed away. Their sufferings knows no bounds. Flood relief materials for the flood affected people of our locality are necessary for removing the untold suffering of the people.
